RL - 500 ml

Ringer's Lactate (RL) 500 ml is an isotonic crystalloid intravenous fluid that closely mimics the electrolyte composition of plasma. It is the preferred fluid for resuscitation, surgery, and fluid replacement in veterinary patients due to its balanced electrolyte profile and lactate buffering capacity.

Composition per litre: Sodium Chloride 6 g, Sodium Lactate 3.1 g, Calcium Chloride 0.2 g, Potassium Chloride 0.3 g in Water for Injection. (500 ml bottle)

Indications: Hypovolaemia and dehydration. Pre-, intra-, and post-operative fluid support. Burns and haemorrhagic shock. Metabolic acidosis. General fluid maintenance.

Directions for Use: Administer intravenously by a qualified veterinarian at a rate determined by the patient's clinical status, weight, and degree of dehydration.

Storage: Store at room temperature away from light. Single use — discard remaining contents after use.
